The days marked favourable are the days when the polarity cycle of your ovum membrane corresponds to the gender you have selected for your next baby. The other days are either a polarity period for the other gender or are neutral days when it is essential that effective contraception is used. There are up to 75 days per year for each polarity and up to 15 days per month, when the polarity for your chosen gender is active. The favourable period includes a further "hidden" favourable period as sperm can live for another 60 hours after intercourse. Your polarity cycle cannot be changed. Normally the polarity cycle for your chosen gender will coincide with ovulation periods over a 12 month period. Many know their ovulation period for the next few months and if the polarity periods do not seem to coincide, then it is possible to alter the ovulation timing as necessary, with the usual contraceptive pills.
